Refund Policy

Azur Élégance – Luxury Concierge

1. Concierge Services

Our concierge services are personalized and performed on request; as such, they are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Rental Bookings

Refund conditions for stays are governed by:

  • The booking platform used (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), or

  • The contract signed directly between the property owner and the guest.

3. Cancellation of a Reserved Service

For the cancellation of a service confirmed with Azur Élégance:

  • More than 14 days before the service: full refund

  • Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before: no refund, except in cases of justified force majeure
