1. Concierge Services
Our concierge services are personalized and performed on request; as such, they are non-refundable once delivered.
2. Rental Bookings
Refund conditions for stays are governed by:

The booking platform used (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), or
-
The contract signed directly between the property owner and the guest.
3. Cancellation of a Reserved Service
For the cancellation of a service confirmed with Azur Élégance:

More than 14 days before the service: full refund

Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before: no refund, except in cases of justified force majeure
